Cancellation Process
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
